Telepathy
_This is an article made by a friend of mine. So far its one of the best I can find due to its quality so I will be posting it here.

Telepathy is quite an easy thing to develop if one is empathic. They are rather similar, but let's not get into theory now. If you happen to want theory, just ask. In the basic telepathic game of shapes and colors, one person needs to be a sender and the other needs to be a receiver. There need to be four shapes and four colors. The basic shapes and colors respectively are: Circle, Triangle, Square, Star and Red, Blue, Green, Yellow.
So you have four shapes and colors yet you only do three send/receives per person before changing jobs. The extra combinations help avoid analytical overlay (AOL).
Senders! Guess what you do! You send. How? Easy. Visualize hardcore. Let's say you're trying to send a green circle. Well, get the sig. of your target. Now concentrate on the object vividly and the target at the same time. Visualize this object going down a path into the receiver's brain or some such. If you really want to, you can try links and push the information through that. Just keep thinking very vividly of everything. A technique that quite often works easily is to pulse send it. In other words, visualize it strongly, send it down to them, repeat. Do this at a steady tempo.
Receivers, it's time to receive. Duh. Now how do you receive? You basically sit there. Well, almost. Clear your head. If there's anything in your head you'll get conflicting data, less the sender is really really good. Don't even think about colors and shapes, don't think about anything but the sig. of your sender. Feel that sig. but don't think about it too much. Just kind of sit there. With this method, the sender is coming to you. Say the first thing that pops into your head but if you just absolutely can't do that, sit there a little longer. Let's say you get a green square but you don't think that's right. Well, first off get the AOL out of your head. Second off, realign your blank mind, sit there again, wait for it to repop into your head.
As I said, keep this to three send/receives per person then switch jobs. Senders, what are you learning? You're learning how to telepathically interface with another's mind. Receivers, you're doing what? Quite simply put, you're increasing your sensitivity to telepathic signals. With practice, you'll be able to fine tune those senses to play some different telepathic games of which I will later discuss. Senders, what can you hope to aspire to? Well the more powerful a sender you are, the more powerfully you can receive, depending on your technique of course. You can also learn telepathic suggestion! Oh noes! Dangerous stuff. I won't be responsible for teaching it... Sans you prove your competency by PMing myself on IRC. Have a good day and have fun.
