Running Energy Through ones Body

This is the very basic part of psionics and is a key to developing yourself. These exercises need to be done every day at least for at least 10 minutes, and multiple times in a day if possible.
To begin getting the feel for moving energy around in yourself, move you finger in a circular motion, rubbing the top of your opposite hand. Remember this feeling. Now, stop rubbing it and try to recreate that feel with your mind. Practice doing this on both hands. Really get the feel for it and with practice you'll physically be able to feel it. It may feel like a pressure or a tingling.
Don't be discouraged if you can't get it for the first while, it'll come in time. If you need something a bit stronger than rubbing, try lightly scratching the area. Develop this ability to such a degree that you can recreate this feeling anywhere on your body with ease.
This will take some practice and one reason you may not feel anything or "get stuck" is because you will more than likely have some energy blockages in your system. If you keep at practicing, these blockages will clear up.
When you're recreating this feel, you are moving your energy through your body. Run your energy all throughout your body thoroughly every day for 10 minutes once or twice a day. This is kind of like taking a shower. I find this exercises refreshing.

Strengthening Chakras
_What is a chakra? Quite simply, it's a point on your energetic
(aphysical) body that gathers, circulates, and projects energy. Chakras
are still a slightly controversial topic.
There are 7 main chakra points.
They start with the base (root) chakra at the base of the spine. Next is the Sacral chakra which is in the lower abdomen. Next, you have the Solar Plexus, a large chakra above the naval. Moving on up is the heart chakra. You have a throat chakra at the base of your throat. The Third Eye chakra is in between and slightly above your eyes. Lastly, you have the Crown chakra on top of your head.
As I've stated before, these are just the 7 main chakra points, there are many many more to cover that are outside the scope of this article.
Each chakra point has it's own traits to go with it which are... also outside the scope of this article. If I were to go through everything in detail, I'd be charging you $15 for a new book.
Now, to continue on with the method of strengthening the chakras. This is all quite easy really. Get into a meditative state, nothing major, then simply fill that particular chakra point with energy.

Purging
_This is a very useful skill that we all need to learn and use.
It is called purging.
Basically with purging we get rid of all unwanted and or foreign material within our energetic body.
This is a very useful skill against any foreign material or entity in your body that you do not approve of , also very good on exercising your energetic system.
What I do is I focus in a spot in my body mostly an orb in my chest and focus on energy building up there and only focus on that, and once its a big physical pressure I program it to shoot waves of energetic fire that burns and ex-pulses all negative and unwelcomed foreign things from my body.
So far this is causes very random and powerful changes in temperature and goosebumps, but it might be painful the first time after that, it shouldn't be a discomfort.
If you really wanna feel it then try to focus on it for like 2 days, each day meditating for 10 minutes twice a day on it building up and on the third day it goes off.
This is excellent for making your energetic body much stronger and also great training.
