Direct Magick
_ Go into your Inner Temple as previously described in another article.
Sit in the center of the room.
Now, ponder what you need to do, what element you need to use in your spell. Can't really relate it to the elements?
Hmm, no problem.
Let's say for example you want the soda machines to give out two sodas by accident. Well, no problem. (for myself at least) While you're in your Inner Temple, gather a large mass of akashic energy from above you, imagine this as a bright golden energy or indigo, just whatever you prefer, know in your mind that it's akashic.
Take this energy and implant your idea into it. Know in your mind that you'll get two sodas at a time from a soda machine. Manipulate possibilities.
Glitchy soda machine, someone didn't get their soda because it got stuck, whatever. Put all these possibilities into it. Charge it with more energy. So now you have a mass of energy in front of you.
Make many copies of this mass all around you. You can do two things with this. You can either Give it to the orb, your Inner, above you and let it do what's needed or you can send it into the cosmos.
If you send it to the cosmos, here's my little imagery to help things along: Send it into the cosmos, zoom out, imagine a gigantic brain, knowing it's the macrocosm and look around to see a brain cell lighting up the same color as the spell's energy, know that this is your spell lighting up a cell in the brain, causing events to occur.
Now if you think of how a brain works, you have many many many surface thoughts and you usually concentrate on one thing at a time, correct? Well, the idea is to make this spell a thought in the macrocosm and try to make it more powerful than just a passing surface thought, make it a minute focused thought in the macrocosm. This is purely a visualistic method of mine that may be totally off base to what many believe the macrocosm is, but keep in mind that when I put the required amount of focus into this, I get two sodas 80% of the time.
As a side note, this is mildly unethical.... ^_^ Have fun

Event Manipulation
_Ok, so who doesn't want to manipulate some events your way for your own
greedy gain, as is the nature of all humans no matter how sweet and
wonderful they are? There's a method to my madness here. So first,
obviously, there must be something you with to manipulate. Let's take my
case for example: My mother lost her job because of cut-downs in the
factory in which she works.
So you see my problem, right? Get too looking at possibilities you can exploit. My mom wasn't fired, she got put on mandatory lay-off, which means she can get called back anytime just in case. That's a big key in getting her job back. Now let's keep looking.. they reduced the work force of the factory due to lack of business. How do I get her to get called back to work? Increase the business of the factory of course. This is the good way of doing it because it calls all of the layed-off people back as opposed so some freak accident which allows her to come back.
How does this factory which makes shelves get an increase in business.. Well by increasing store's business which would require them to need more shelves. This is a HUGE manipulation and I'm not sure if I can pull it off seeing as it has an impact on the economy in a big way
Anyway, you get the gist of what I need to do here. I need to boost business to boost business BUT I need to insure that this boost will bring my mother back to work. That's a chain reaction we're working with here. If you'll go back and read my "Direct Magic(k)" article, you'll learn more on how to do this.
So what I need to do is cast a spell that boosts a business to boost the factory's business. I need to make sure the spell follows the correct path. Boost business to boost factory business to bring my mother back. Keep all of this in mind and make sure it follows a chain reaction.
I'm not sure what will come of this particular spell I cast. It's a monumental task and as I was casting it I noticed a block and I got the impression of "fate" telling me that this isn't how it is to be, so we'll see. Wish me luck. The point in this is; however, that you need to see what you want and then find the loopholes of the pre-existing laws to exploit. A smaller example would be the soda machine glitch at my school.
Manipulating events like this is almost like being a detective, follow all the leads, find all the outcomes of everything, choose the best one, then figure out how to set off the proper chain reaction. This is how a Wizard thinks, so go for it. Have fun, be careful.
Please, don't start mass chaos.
