When I was younger I wanted to work out so I could lift my whole body by my legs in the air and float in the air, maybe do it while jumping and fly off with my momentum.
That is how it was till I realized I would just fall, even if I was strong enough to hold my body weight, I did attempt it many times, most of the time I tried it over a pool since the ground is indeed hard.
